Balance between technology and craftsmanship

In our opinion, a modern company must be able to combine technology and the human factor with the right balance, which is why we have machines with high technological value, always controlled by our highly trained staff. Our fleet of machinery boasts everything needed for the production of outerwear, and we constantly strive to stay up-to-date with what the new technology market offers. Over time we have also equipped ourselves for feather bag filling with automatic machines, perfecting the production of down jackets.

Contract fashion clothing production

Our production is exclusively “contract” production, meaning that we make the required product from the initial design and specifications provided by the designer. In a short time, we can provide a finished garment that is checked by the customer before moving on to production. We specialize in fashion-sport jacket, fitted jacket and down jacket, all of which are full-cycle for both men’s and women’s heavyweight and lightweight-technical fabrics.

Care from prototyping to production

Following all possible adjustments, the requested garments are made exactly like the “sample garment”, each one is produced with care and passion, checking and rechecking each production stage before shipping. We can also provide pattern-making service, starting from the sketch to have a first prototype, going through the correction and size development, ending with the final pattern. We boast more than 30 employees with high professional training as well as exclusive collaborations with some craft workshops.

Falcotex s.r.l. has been working on the contract manufacturing of clothing items for more than 40 years, orignally mainly oriented towards men’s styles, and specialized over time also in women’s ones, guaranteeing high quality products and services that throughout our history have satisfied the most illustrious brands in the luxury fashion industry. Our experience has led us to evolve year after year, integrating our services in such a way as to follow the production process from the creation of the pattern to the shipment of the finished garments, thus becoming a single point of reference able to manage every stage of the process, relieving our clients from the burden of coordinating multiple different companies. Unlike many competitors, our structure is also used for sampling and prototyping, means for which many brands have been able to test our services.

From pattern to finished garment in 6 steps

Preparation of patterns

We start from the idea to turn it into reality. With the experience of our pattern makers, we study every detail to ensure fit and style.

Cutting of materials

We use state-of-the-art machinery for precise and neat cutting, minimizing waste and ensuring an optimal result.

Stitching, tailoring and filling

Each piece takes shape through the work of our skilled tailors and technicians. We treat every seam and finish with the utmost care.

Ironing

This step is crucial: through professional ironing processes, we ensure that each garment is flawless.

Inspection and testing

We ensure that each garment conforms to its design and agreed specifications, with careful and customized inspections and testing.

Preparation for delivery

At this point, the garments are perfect for delivery: we prepare them for shipment and entrust them to couriers for expedited delivery.
